| I love green tea iced tea. My favorite healthy snacks are rice crackers or seaweed rice cakes. I love making soups, so my favorite would be a soup. I make Zuppa Toscana with Turkey Sausage & milk instead of pork sausage & cream. | |

| I drink iced jasmine green tea all the live long day, Tina. And that was before the "they" said it was good for us, so hey, bonus for me! Snack, I dunno. Depends. A yogurt for a sweet snack, popcorn or wasabi soybeans for a not sweet. Dinner, my favorite right now is a whole wheat pasta, with some slices up chicken spinach sausage, lots of broccoli, a little olive oil, some sauteed garlic, and whatever else gets thrown in. Oh, that will be good this summer, with homegrown tomatoes! | |

| Trisha that pasta sounds amazing and I was thinking while I was reading about adding tomatoes and smiled when I read you will throw in the home grown tomatoes! Oh man that sounds amazing! and you all have got me thinkin I should get some iced green tea. Decaf of course for me right now | |
