Okay so Lora I know you live in Texas and if anyone else knows any info I would love to get your insight!

We are looking at applying for a job near Fort worth and I was wondering what the weather is like on a year round kind of basis?

I'll speak for the little bit we were in Central TX, Jewels. We were about 2.5 hours from Ft. Worth. It was mild in the winter, gorgeous in the spring & VERY HOT/humid in the summer. HTH.
