anyone losing weight? if so, tell me how.....i need to do something, but i am just not motivated to do that stuff.

I lost 7 lbs then kinda got off track. I just bought the biggest looser guide to six weeks of eating healthy and loosing weight. I plan on starting it as soon as I can go to the store and get the things I need to stay on track.

I went to KevinandAmanda.com & read .this story & was so inspired. I thought I would cut back on calories, but it didn't happen. So, now, I think I'm down to cutting soda out of my life (HUGE deal for me) & try to avoid sugars & I'm going to try to start running again.

I also bought this & tried it out tonight.



I don't think I'm gonna be able to walk upright tomorrow Evil or Very Mad

I bought the wave but have not had time to really use it. It is tougher than it looks. I have kept the 7 lbs off , not that I have really tried so that is a shocker. I hope to get back into routine after this week. Need to loose about 50 more.

I lost about 4 pounds, but that's 'cause I had the flu . . .

We are getting back to eating healthier, though. And for some reason, I had
gotten out of the habit of taking my vitamins. Okay, right, the flu didn't
exactly help there!

trisha too- omg! that is not good that you had the flu.

tina- frankly i am with you.....i think i have to give up DP and it is killing me. today i have not had a single DP and i am not too happy about that, but my sides been hurting.....ew!
