Ingredients:

palmyrah extract 1cup
rice flour 2 cups
jaggery 1cup
oil for frying

Method of preparation:

combine all the ingredients into dough.
now take some amount of dough and make into small balls and press them flat.
fry in medium hot oil and serve cool.
