Okay so i need your help with some mommy advice....
My bible study is putting together a scrapbook for a first time mommy with all kinds of "mommy" advice, encouragement, and words of wisdom. If you have anything you would share with a first time mommy, I would love to include it! I have to create it by thursday. Thanks for your help!

I agree 100%

I'd also say "RELAX"... baby can sense when you are stressed.

And also... Take time for yourself... even if it's 10-15 minutes a day.

I have made several baby albums for friends and there is a poem about if Daddys had to have babies...not sure of the title and I am not home but I bet if you googled poems for this type stuff you could find it...it is really cute.

I hope this isn't too late. I would say trust your instincts. God gives it to us for good cause. Mommy instincts go back Eve. Dr. Spock's advice, not so much.
