| At school I have a water bottle, I usually have to refill it once a day...or every other day- depending on the heat index in my classroom. I don't nearly drink enough, becuase I'm always guzzling Dr. Pepper instead! | |

| We have large glasses, they are like 24 ounces. I drink at least 6 or 7 a day! I LOVE ice water, but have to drink through a straw. I am a bit OC and cannot have ice touch my lips or teeth when I am drinking. | |

| i try to drink a liter a day.
more when i work out (for sure) but i do try to get in quite a bit of water & staying away from the cokes. love hot tea but that's as far as caffeine that i go :-) | |
