ok, this is straight from the top of my head. I have not done a lo and going off of this so I guess I will have to follow my own recipe later.

Here are a few of my favorite things:
4 different stamps
stitching
distressing other than ink
5 buttons
3 patterned papers
2 chipboard pieces
something found (not originally a scrapbook item)

Less is best for me but this will stretch me some which I always enjoy and when it is all said and done I usually love my finished project.
