| NO, not on loosing weight this soon. Giving up the FAT! Cut out the fat in your diet...shoot for less than 15grams per meal (yes,,,three a day). Make an layout or other project (ATC?) on Why you want to GIVE IT UP. I was doing good until yesterday and I fell off the wagon I had chocolate cake and a turtle... NO not a real green turtle...chocolate covered caramel and pecans. I guess that I will have to work it off today. | |

| My daughter keeps bringing home deserts from this bakery that can't sell their cakes for one reason or another. Oh my- I have all kinds of cakes.... Help!!!! | |
