So how ya' doin'? I lost 2 lbs last week...i hope they stay lost! Neutral
I didn't do so well drinking my water, at least not counting it.
I joined a "Biggest Loser" challenge at my work.
DH got us a gym membership and me a trainer...we will see how that goes. I think he is looking for a "trophy wife'" LOL tongue Suspect

how did the trainer thing go?

i always joke that the dh is my trainer--he gets me out and going when i wanna stay in bed . . . but the weather has been so horrible, we're just hibernating.

by the end of winter, we're going to be a mess!!

well they gave me a diet that is low glycemic..no processed flour or sugar...OUCH. The work out is not that bad ...YET. I am going back today to focus on flexablity...they will teach me different stretches to lengthen muscles to get my body back into proper balance? Should be a blast.

Great job at droppin the 2 lbs! That has to feel good! Hang in there with the trainer after a few times you will feel so much better! What did he/she have you do this time? What is the routine? 20/30 cardio, weights, abs? just curious as to what they have you doing?
